Located next to the main A7 coastal artery just along from Puerto Cabipino and decending gradually to the Med Carib Playa is one of the older estates in the area dating back over 50 years. Many of the villas that were originally built have now been renovated but they have managed to keep the character of the area intact. The area is not over comercialised so retains that original Andalucia feel, this is easily seen at the excellent beach bar restaurants where traditional fair is served throughout the day. Definately try one of the paella's a traditional dish of the area.

A car would be a sensible addition to the holiday not only will it make the chore of shopping easier but will also give the the freedom to explore the local area. Wheather is for sporting interests, cultural or touristic there is an enormous amount to see within a short drive. Certainly if like us you only came for 12 days you will need another visit to see all that the area has to offer.
