Review by Catherine from London Fethiye is actually about 40 minutes dolmus ride from the villa in telmessos. Telmessos is unspoilt, quiet and I guess authentic as the beach there is undeveloped. You need to get a dolmus or lift/taxi to get to the developed parts of Calis Beach and the nightlife. Nearest bars and restaurants are about 10-12 min walk across the beach. We liked it for this reason. Review by Duncan from Plymouth Fethiye, was more commercial than Calis. having also visited Istanbul and Marmaris in the past years this town is more typically Turkish and warrented more exploration but due to time we did not. Review by phyllis from essex Excellent location, lots to do and people are so friendly. Robin Hood Restaurant was very good. We enjoyed The cubana bar made us feel so welcome. The boat rides and trips are very good value for money and the scenery was outstanding. I love Fethiye and will definitly be back!
