Review by JANIE from HOUSTON TEXAS OUR FAMILY ENJOYED FEELING A PART OF THIS MAGICAL VILLAGE. IT IS AWAY FROM THE TOURISTS AND CROWDS OF OTHER TOWNS, BUT CONVENIENT TO WONDERFUL NEIGHBORING SITES THAT WERE RECOMMENDED TO US. AFTER A DAY OUTING, WE ALWAYS FELT HAPPY TO RETURN TO OUR TEMPORARY HOME IN FLAYOSC. THE PEOPLE IN THE TOWN WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND EAGER TO HELP. OUR FRENCH WAS MARGINAL, BUT WITH A LITTLE PRACTICE AND ENCOURAGEMENT FROM THE LOCAL FOLKS, WE WERE ABLE TO APPLY SOME NEW "FRENCH" WORDS INTO OUR VOCABULARY AND EVENTUALLY FELT A PART OF THIS TOWN. I CAN IMAGINE COMING BACK FOR A LONGER STAY TO PRACTICE FRENCH, PAINT, AND READ BOOKS! VERY DESIRABLE!! WE HOPE TO RETURN.
Review by Kym from Brisbane Flayosc is a wonderful little village. It also has a wine co-op where you can buy the locale wine. It is delicious. The people are friendly and they have many restaurants. It is very picturesque and new many wineries and other villages. There are many places to visit in the Le Var region as well
Review by Barry from burnley A basic studio in a friendly and lively village with authentic French atmosphere and varied entertaintment from the several restaurants situated in the village. Ideal spot from which to tour the area.
Review by Janet from Sydney Flayosc is a quiet small town, very picturesque on arrival, but a little tired on further inspection. We had booked for 4 nights (we left after the 3rd). Perhaps, if we had been able to spend a day in the town we would have gone away with a warmer view of the place. We always left in the morning (when the square was cold) and we arrived back in the afternoon (when the square was very cold and windy) ... not conducive to sitting and having a coffee/pastis in the square and getting to know the locals!
