They are spending a lot of money in Torrevieja to make the place smarter. The promenade, the new theatre are excellent examples of the developments that are taking place. Although very cosmopolitan, Torrevieja still retains a very Spanish feel to it. It combines good bars, restaurants and very friendly shops with a strong cultural history.



We love Orihuela particularly the old quarter. When you visit the city you feel as though you are truly in Spain.

thoroughly enjoyed our holiday although possibly in a year or two when more amenities on site this could make it a very special place for families.
