The beach was very close, we had a very good evening meal there of steak and fresh fish. the staff were

polite and very effecient, was not expensive. I would say the area would be for familys and older people,

teenagers would find it too quiet, we found it heaven. The town of Kusadasi was great, lots of restaurants,

loads of shops and a very good atmosphere, that was about a 10 min drive from villa. Big supermarket Kipa

just up the road well stocked and reasonably priced.

Silve sands beach is great along with the staff and the food served there. You can also get a free lift to and from the beach if you don't have car hire. The watersports are great fun too, we had a go on the banna which was fabulous.

Silver Sands was a sandy beach which you could walk out 50m and still not cover your chest. It was peaceful at night, with a lovely sunset. The staff at the water sports place were very friendly, and the restaurants nice. If you wanted a little quiet, there are areas where there are no sunbeds from hotels or restaurants. It was nice that most people on the beach were Turkish, always a good sign.

All I can say what a wondefuly holiday we had at Villa Tracian, Silver Sands beach, Kusadasi. I would definately recommend you go for a holiday.
