This apartment has both ground & 1st floor terraces.The 1st floor terrace commands some of the best views from the Sun Valley development. Access to the communal swimming pool (5ft deep) is up 5 steps from the ground floor terrace. There are 4 sun loungers and 2 inflatable lilos for use at the pool. Terrace furniture consists of a table & 4 chairs.
The management company have planned a communal BBQ/seated area and an outdoor shower close to the pool. Confirmation of this will be posted on this site as soon as the work is completed.
