Enjoy the peaceful setting of Villa Jasmine, situated on the outskirts of the unspoilt, traditional village of Uzumlu. The village is well known for weaving Dastan on their looms using cotton and silk. These make excellent gifts for taking home. The landscaped garden around the house is a delight and is perfect for al fresco dining.

In the front of the villa there is a courtyard with an attractive water feature, built-in barbeque and an organic herb/vegetable garden. The courtyard is surrounded by dry stone walling giving complete privacy. There is a market every Friday in the village where you can buy local produce for home cooking.

DOWNSTAIRS - The lounge has a light and airy ambience with an attractive brick fireplace. Large glass doors lead onto a shaded terrace. This room is equipped with a TV, DVD, Video and CD Player.

The kitchen is fully fitted with handmade units complete with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and ample kitchen utensils. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine.

The large dining room leads on from the kitchen. Glass doors open onto a patio.

Also downstairs is a twin bedroom with an adjacent bathroom. A marble staircase leads to the first floor.

UPSTAIRS - Large, bright and airy bedroom with en-suite bathroom and large balcony overlooking the pool. There is a further double bedroom with adjacent bathroom. All furniture in these bedrooms has been handmade in solid pine by a local craftsman. There are 2 further balconies upstairs. 

The nearest town is Fethiye which is a busy centre providing essential shops and services such as supermarkets and banks. It has a magnificent harbour and promenade, dotted with bars and restaurants. The old town is well worth a visit. You will find some interesting and unusual bargains here and plenty of restaurants. Many boat trips can be taken from the harbour (including a day trip to Rhodes). A Turkish bath is an interesting experience!

A little further along the coast is Oludeniz, an area designated as a National Park. Its beach sweeps along for 3km and curves into a beautiful lagoon with crystal clear water. Water sports, hang gliding, sailing and diving are available in the Fethiye/Oludeniz area. Ancient ruins from the Lycian period can be seen at Cadianda (20 minutes away) or you can take a walk along part of the famous Lycian Way which passes near Oludeniz. 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the extra Z-beds are available. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, tennis, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark.

Good area for birdspotting, Hang Gliding within 40 minutes White Water Rafting is also available.

Take a Turkish Bath in Fethiye. or visit sites with Ancient ruins from the Lycian Period.

The Villa itself is set in beutiful gardens with lovely pool area ideal for children, the sun is on the pool all day. very much enjoyed our stay very relaxing area to be,would most definately return."
