This apartment was completed in 2006 and has been furnished to a high standard with modern furnishings. It is set in the quieter area of Armutalan but has no shortage of bars and restaurants within walking distance all selling their fare at cheap prices. The dolmus service stops right outside the apartment for those night owls who wish to seek out the bright lights of Bar Street in Marmaris. Buses run every couple of minutes and the journey takes just 5 minutes and costs just 1 lira. The apartment boasts beautiful mountain views from both the living room and balcony perfect for those quiet nights in with your favourite tipple. The beautiful shared pool is amongst landscaped gardens and is never overcrowded.

Patio/Balcony: The large furnished patio area is set off the dining area with views over the mountains.
The apartment is situated on the second floor of a two storey duplex block. It has been tastefully decorated and furnished throughout to a high standard in modern furnishings and has all the facilities required for a holiday home and is fully air conditioned. 24hr security is also provided on the complex. The quaint village of Armutalan is easily reached on foot within five minutes and offers numerous restaurants, shops and drinking places.
 

There are numerous local shops that surround the apartment and a weekly market where you can buy local produce and gifts. The dolmus service also drops you outside a major supermarket. The beach is a fifteen minute walk away and only a five minute bus ride. Marmaris has a lovely marina which has many exclusive bars, restaurants and shops. The beach has many bars, restaurants and water sports facilities.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living Room. This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 7 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
