The apartment is one of nine apartments built within three blocks situated in a residential area. The apartment is situated in the middle block and the front terrace overlooks the large shared swimming pool.The front terrace has panoramic views of small islands, Turguteis marina and the sea, and the views to the side are of the mountains and the large swimming pool. The terrace is the length of the apartment, which is situated on the first floor of the block, with access at road level. There is one apartment only situated on each floor of the 3 storey block.
From the road there are three wide steps leading to the very wide back terrace and front door which can accommodate wheelchair access.
This apartment has Solar Panel and Boiler for hot water. Please ensure switch for hot water is turned off when renters depart.
The apartment is non-smoking, apart from outside on the balcony, and the owners would ask that renters respect this condition.
The apartment is located apprximately 10 minute stroll to shopping center, supermarkets and marina with 15 minute stroll to bazar and sandy beaches. 3 minute stroll to corner shop, 60 minute ferry service to Kos from Turgutreis Marina. Sail 10am return 4.30pm. Airport transfers available.
 

Furnished to a very high standard there is a master bedroom with a kingsize bed, triple wardrobe, dressing table and two bedside cabinets and table lamps with patio doors opening onto the large shaded terrace. There are two large twin bedrooms with two single beds, one double wardrobe, one bedside cabinet and table lamp and one chair in each bedroom. When two week bookings are made, all beds linens and towels are replaced by the end of first week. Ceiling fans are installed in all bedrooms.There is a through lounge with patio doors opening onto the large shaded terrace, a dining area with dining furniture set in a large bay window with mountain and sea views and a spacious fully fitted kitchen area.
A large bathroom with full size bath, shower, toilet, vanity unit and washing machine is situated off the large hallway and a bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and wash-hand basin is situated off the small hallway.The comfortably furnished lounge area has two large settees, large and small pouffe’s, large wooden coffee table, a large TV, satellite/digital programmes, DVD and music system.The dining area is set in the large bay window with a large wooden dining table and six upholstered dining chairs overlooking the mountains to the side and sea views to the front.The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, integral ceramic hob, overhead extractor fan, integral electric oven, grill, microwave, toastie machine, electric deep fat fryer, electric food steamer, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer. Air conditioning.The large front terrace is the length of the first floor and is furnished with outdoor wooden dining furniture and wicker chairs and coffee table for relaxation.The dolmus (bus) has a regular service to all areas of the Bodrum peninsula. The historic Town of Bodrum is a 25 minute bus ride from Turgutreis.Turgutreis is approximately 40 minutes from Bodrum airport and transfers to and from the airport can be arranged.

Vivienne says: "After reading the excellent comments given by our guests we wish to inform that we have requested a brick wall is built to segregate the dogs from the pool area. This should take place by next May. We will ensure that all two week bookings will have an automatic change of bed linen after the first week. We have put in place six chairs and place settings for the dining furniture on the balcony. Thank you for your comments."
