The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the Folding bed available for any bedroom. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

It has access to a shared swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
