Sunset Apartment Is a 2 bedoomed duplex property newly built in 2006. There is a large living area that comprises kitchen and large seating area. We supply a full welcome pack and free supermarket shopping trip after your arrival. Cleaning and laundry refresh is included twice weekly. So you can sit back and enjoy your well earned break.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the Lounge Area, 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge Area. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Wendy says: "The property was very nice - it was very close to the beach, it was very comfortably furnished and had everything you needed - except an oven. This would be the only criticism of the property I would have. It had a hob, but no oven. We overcame this by BBQing on the balcony!! Val and Howard do absolutely everything they can and more to help you make the best of your holiday. This was the second time we had stayed in properties looked after by them and they made sure that everything was good. If you needed anything they arranged it as soon as they were able to. I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone staying in any properties that they looked after - our confidence in them was one of the deciding factors in us returning to Callis! The property itself was really nice - clean, modern with a wonderful view. We will be returning to Callis"
