Close to the traditional village of Uzumlu, Almond Blossom Hill is a development of 15 houses in an area of pine forest with lovely views across the valley to the rugged Taurus Mountains. Uzumlu (which means Vineyard) is a much visited village. Around the village square you can see local women weaving on traditional looms, you can enjoy authentic Turkish food in one of the many restaurants and sample local wines in the recently opened wine bar.  

This is a spacious and sunny villa. Downstairs is a well equipped and modern kitchen, dining room and comfortable living room. On the second floor there are two double bedrooms (both have balconies) with en-suite shower rooms and on the third floor there is one twin and two single bedrooms plus a family bathroom. Outside you will find the private pool, and pretty garden area - patio furniture is provided for meals al fresco!
 

There is plenty to do here whether you simply want to get away from it all and relax by the pool or visit famous local attractions such as Saklikent Gorge or the beaches at Oludeniz, Patara or Calis. Local hiostoric site of Cadyanda (a historic settlement from 600BC) is 5 minutes away. Fethiye is a 20 minute drive from the villa. Here you can take a boat trip enjoy a meal at one of the harbourside restaurants or haggle for a bargain at the popular weekly market. For the adventurous, water sports and paragliding are available locally. 

The house was completed in February 2007, the community is in a protected woodland. The house has been built to very high specifications.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 3 single, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a west facing balcony, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking.

Close to the villa you will find climbing, flying, historic sites, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, horse riding, skiing/snowboarding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas.
