Kusadasi is a bustling, lively, cosmopolitan resort on the Aegean sea. Transport around the town is remarkably cheap and reliable, so a hire car is not necessary. Dolmus buses run every five minutes or so and stop on demand and taxis are readily available. Both are only metres away from the villa.

The villa is situated in an exclusive development of eight luxury properties, overlooking the Aegean, a few minutes walk from the most popular of the beaches; Ladies beach.

It is a very spacious villa, finished to an exceptionally high standard with marble floors and recessed lighting, air conditioning in main rooms, an en suite and a spa bath. It has a fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons, two balconies and a patio, all with views.

The villas are set within a walled garden and overlook the pool, the Aegean and the Greek island of Samos.
There is a twenty-four caretaker on site and the grounds and pool are impeccably maintained.
There is a family run 24 convenience shop a short walk away.

It is a wonderful place in which to sit and relax, enjoy dining al fresco with the family and take a dip in the pool every now and then to cool down, whilst only minutes away is all the bustle and atmosphere of a cheerful holiday resort.

After a day sightseeing, shopping, relaxing or indulging in water sports, choose your evening to match your mood - a family time around the pool, eating out at the beach in a pavement cafe watching the sun go down, or head into town for serious night life with jazz nights at the marina and music and clubbing in Bar Street. It has everything to suit all ages and all tastes.

The villa is very spacious and would accommodate many more people had we furnished it for maximum capacity. It is in an exclusive development of only eight properties and from the living room or patio you can sit overlooking the pool and the turquoise Aegean.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 single, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the in thesingle bedrooms. They are futons so they can be moved to any location. This gives room for up to 8 people.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has dvd. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, horse riding, scuba diving, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.
