Luxury villa just 5 minutes walk from the beach, shops and numerous eating places but located in a quiet residential complex. Large open plan lounge,kitchen, diner downstairs and additional sun lounge upstairs. Panoramic views of Bodrum, the famous Crusader castle, the Greek island of Kos and of course the sea. Ground floor garden patio and large upstairs balcony roof terrace with pagola. Fully air conditioned. Drinking water supplied. Upstairs bathroom has Jakuzzi, downstairs bathroom with shower. Main bedroom has luxery super kingsize bed with own door to balcony.

Extra camp bed available. Superkingsize bed in main bedroom can be split into two singles. In additional to the air conditioning, there are floor standing fans in each bedroom. There is an English TV for use with game machines like PlayStation etc. Please note the communal swimming pool is only open June-Sep. Other pools are available nearby in May & Oct

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 single. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the Bedroom 4/Sunroom. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

However your efforts are repaid by the magnificent view over the whole of Bodrum especially late at night. The accommodation was very clean, with plenty of space, we could not fault it.
