This beautiful villa is set in its own private garden with swimming pool and a childs splash pool. The villa has 4 good size bedrooms, the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and Jacuzzi bath. The villa has a spacious open plan lounge/dining area with a built in open fire place. The kitchen situated just off the lounge gives direct access to a large veranda overlooking the pool & garden area. This villa is stylishly furnished with air-conditioning & 24hr security. The owner has provided 2 adult mountain bikes for your use.

Included in your accommodation price is a basic food welcome pack including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, eggs, bread and jam weekly clean/change of bedding and a meet and greet.
 

The Villa is situated in the stunning countryside of Kemer, with a beautiful mountain backdrop. The town of Kemer is only 10 mins walk away with shops, mini markets and local restaurants. There is a weekly market every Friday where local produce, clothes and souvenirs can be bought.

Kemer offers the peaceful living of unspoilt Turkey with the added benefit of being within easy reach of many larger towns and attractions.

The nearest beach is Patara which is a fabulous sandy beach and 22km long. Takes 25 minutes by car.

The cosmopolitan harbour town of Fethiye is only a 20 minute bus ride from Kemer. The local mini bus service runs every 15 minutes in the summer and half hourly throughout winter from Kemer.

Fethiye is a bustling traditional Turkish town. Stroll along the harbour, take a boat trip, shop abundantly, dine out from a huge selection of restaurants. There is a weekly market every Tuesday that sells everything from leather goods, clothes, spices and food. Remember to haggle!

Also Calis Beach is within easy reach from Fethiye. Calis has a long beach, promenade, shops, restaurants and bars.

The famous Oludeniz beach and blue lagoon can be reached from Fethiye and are definately worth a visit.

Try one of the many excursions on offer from boat trips to the mud baths at Dalyan, jeep safari to see the real Turkey, two day trip to Ephesus/Pamukkale, paragliding, scuba diving and horse riding. We also recommend a Turkish Bath at the beginning of your holiday to make your tan last longer.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the in fourth bedroom. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Review submitted by non-Villarenters customer: Have stayed at this villa on 2 occasions now and would highly recommend to anyone, especially if you are looking for a peaceful location with spectacular views. The spacious villa is spotlessly clean, very spacious and has everything you will need for an enjoyable holiday. The pool is fantastic and a must in the hot weather during the summer months. It's a lovely 10 minute walk into the village of Kemer which is well stocked with everything you will need for your stay and also is where you can jump on a dolmus to get you into the nearby town of Fethiye which has an abundance of shops and bars. We have had a great holiday again summer 2007 and each time we go we find somewhere new to venture as we hire a local car for a few days (which is very cheap). Can't wait to go back again.
