Villa offers a high standard of accommodation, air-conditioned throughout and offers on the ground floor a large comfortable lounge with dining area for six. The large open kitchen has a full range of modern appliances. Upstairs there are three bedrooms two twin and one double, two of which lead onto a large balcony that over looks the pool area, as well as a full family bathroom. There is an additional wc with washbasin on the ground floor. Property management will ensure that all bed linen and towels are changed weekly and the property is thoroughly cleaned at each change over.

Villa has french doors that lead onto an enclosed patio area and onto gardens with flowers, shrubs and trees add colour to the spacious lawned areas which surround a wonderful large pool. Yalikavak is a the pearl of the Bodrum Peninsula and is pretty and traditional fishing village with fantastic restaurants and bars with a family atmosphere. There is a market and an upmarket marina.

It is renowned for superb sunsets with unspoilt shoreline and safe sparkling clean sea. The village is friendly and is kept clean and tidy, it's marina has a capacity for 420 yachts and attracts many foreign yachts to the harbour. There are many shops and restaurants which are among the best in the region.

The lively town of Bodrum is a short drive away and the chic Turkbuku is within easy access.

To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
