Villa Lily is new for 2007, the beautiful detached spacious fully air-conditioned duplex villa that offers top quality villa rental with EVERYTHING included for a perfect villa holiday. The villas has two private pools, brick built BBQ, 2 hammocks. Both bedrooms have private en-suite, the master bedroom has a balcony with amazing uninterrupted mountain views, a table and chairs have been added so guests can enjoy a night cap. The triple room has two single beds, one of which can be made into a double bed if required. Off road parking is available at the front of the villa. The villa is a 10-minute stroll from the centre of Dalyan in a peaceful beautiful location, car hire is not necessary.
The kitchen offers, dishwasher, washing machine, full-size frost free fridge freezer, combi-microwave, all crockery and cutlery for inside and alfresco dining and much more, the large lounge has PS2, TV, DVD, speaker system for ipod/mp3 player, CD player, board games and books.
A local shop, bakers and telephone are a 3-minute walk from the villa and the dolmus (bus) stops at the top of the private road.
 

The patio doors open onto both pools and the patio area, the garden has a brick built BBQ, hammock, cushioned sun loungers and 3 metre diameter parasols, table and chairs plus many beautiful plants and trees. The enviable mountain views are breath taking. The child's/adult's relaxation pool is 15'x8' add a few sun loungers and a parasol.... perfect, all garden furniture is provided for your comfort, all linen including beach towels are provided, the villa will be cleaned weekly, our bi-lingual manager, will meet and greet all guests. The pool man and gardener arrive daily to maintain both pools and the garden. 

Villa Lily is a ten-minute stroll from the centre of Dalyan, where you can find many shops, bars and places to eat. The town centre is closed to all traffic in the evenings; the amazing Rock Tombs can be seen from the quayside, a trip to the Mud Baths is a must. Dalyan offers something for everyone. If it's a relaxing memorable holiday you are looking for, than visit Dalyan and you will not be disappointed

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 double sofa beds located in the situated in the lounge. This gives room for up to 9 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, boat hire, fishing, climbing, flying, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, historic sites, shopping areas, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find ...nothing specified.

Dalyan town centre has banks, post office, ATM's, dentist, doctors and chemists

10/22/07 Positive We have just returned from a wonderful week at Villa Ahmet or rather Villa Lily as it is now. The villa was absolutely amazing in all aspects from the decor and cleanliness to the idyllic setting. The location is perfect, just far enough outside the town to have privacy and tranquillity but not so far that you are isolated. The people of Dalyan are so friendly and accommodating and nothing is too much trouble although they are far from pushy!

08/19/07 Positive Villa Ahmet is a wonderful place to stay. Its ideally located just a short walk from the town centre and is very tastefully decorated, well equipped and very spacious. The whole experience was amazing and this was down to Debbi and her team in Dalyan. Ahmet is very helpful indeed and nothing is too much trouble for him.

Just got back from Dalyan,had a great two weeks in villa Ahmet which is set in a beautiful location and had everything we could possibly need to enjoy our stay.
Being our first visit to Turkey we couldnt have asked for a better place to stay.

07/23/07 Positive We had an excellent week in the villa at the end of June. The only thing we could possibly complain about was that the weather was too good ! (43 degrees in the shade). The villa has everything that you could possibly want for a holiday. It is in a perfect position on the outskirts of Dalyan which makes it very peaceful and private and yet is only a 10-15 minute walk (or 2 minute cheap taxi ride) from the centre. It is surrounded by fields and there is a very pleasant wind which blows throughout the day which helps to cool the temperatures. The two pools are very good, particularly the relaxation / reading pool which is at a perfect depth for sitting in a chair in. The taxi transfers from the airport were seamless. The villa is constantly being improved. Since we were there in June, Debbi has had a timber canopy built to provide natural shade and a new rocking sun bed / lounger has appeared ! We have been to Dalyan several times before and this is the best villa we have had. We would definitely hope to return in the future.

06/10/07 Positive We booked Villa Ahmet before it was completed and was a little apprehensive, we shouldn't have been! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful villa, a week just wasn't long enough, the views from the villa are breath-taking and the villa is not over looked. The villa, pools and garden are immaculate; Villa Ahmet really does have everything! The attention to detail was spot on! Dalyan is the most relaxing place we have ever been to and the people are so helpful, the village remains unspoilt, as does the beach.
Booking the villa was effortless, Debbi the owner made it all so easy and looked after us from start to finish, the airport transfer was waiting for us and we had been delayed for over an hour! We would highly recommend Villa Ahmet, thank you so much Debbi for sharing your beautiful villa with us.
