This villa occupies a prime position overlooking the communal pool, shower area, sunbathing patio and separate childrens pool. It has stunning bay views and is tastfully decorated, comfortably sleeping 10 adults. There are 2 fully fitted kitchens, 2 bathrooms, full air conditionaing, relaxing patio area and a rooftop sun terrace. The villa is located up a short but steep road, giving it panoramic views but may be unsuitable for the infirm.  

Located in a peaceful location just 10 minutes walk from the nearest beach at Kucukbuk (means little bay) and only 10 minutes from the busier beach, restaurants and shops at Gundogan. The local grocery shop stocking all your essentials is less than 5 minutes away. A car is recommended although local taxis are available. 

The house is on 3 storeys, plus large rooftop sun terrace. The ground floor has 3 double-bedrooms plus kitchen and bathroom. The first floor gives living accomodation with an open plan kitchen diner and terrace. The third floor has 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom. 

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 3 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a south facing patio area, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, boat hire, fishing, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find golf, historic sites, shopping areas, a themepark.

It is on a fairly steep hill, but we enjoyed our walks to the beach and loved the views the Villa offered. We prefered the views from this Villa to those lower down the hill. We loved the fabulous windows and balconies. The Villa was very clean on upon our arrival and the pool beautifully maintained. It is in a great location for fun outings to Bodrum, Ephesus and the other bays. We especially loved Rabbit Island. The owners were very kind and pleasant to work with. We would love to go back.
