It has stunning bay views and is tastfully decorated, comfortably sleeping 10 adults. There are 2 fully fitted kitchens, 2 bathrooms, full air conditionaing, relaxing patio area and a rooftop sun terrace. The villa is located up a short but steep road, giving it panoramic views but may be unsuitable for the infirm.
Located in a peaceful location just 10 minutes walk from the nearest beach at Kucukbuk (means little bay) and only 10 minutes from the busier beach, restaurants and shops at Gundogan. The local grocery shop stocking all your essentials is less than 5 minutes away. A car is recommended although local taxis are available.
The house is on 3 storeys, plus large rooftop sun terrace. The ground floor has 3 double-bedrooms plus kitchen and bathroom. The first floor gives living accomodation with an open plan kitchen diner and terrace. The third floor has 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom.
