The villa is brand new and is in excellent condition. It is very pretty, of a modern design but with traditional Turkish Villa features and marble staircase. Air Conditioning installed in all rooms. Satellite TV with DVD. Double glazed throughout, with good quality fittings in kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen is tiled and fully equipped including water cooler, dishwasher microwave etc.The property has three bedrooms, one with ensuite. Large and safe covered balconies with safety shutters and outside seating areas on all floors. Outside covered dining area off the living room. The garden is well maintained with shrubbery and plants which lead to a good sized family pool. The pool area has sunbathing and also shaded areas, whichever you prefer. (Since the video was taken, although the villa is new, the entire pool and sunbathing area has been altered to incorporate non-slip tiles throughout). The gardens are walled and secure with a feature built -in outside barbecue area which allows you to cook and entertain. The whole pool/sunbathing area can be lit up at night! There is a small jacuzzi on the roof also washing machine. Outside lighting and well maintained pathways. 

The neighbours include local Turkish and English people..The area is not commercial and is unspoilt with open areas in front of the property. The beach , bars, restaurants and shops are a 10 minutes stroll from the villa. Plenty of parking space outside.

We have tried to make Villa Angela a Home from Home - basically the ideal location where holidaymakers can relax, and have a wonderful holiday to remember! 

We fell in love with the villa at first sight and decided we had to have it! Villa Angela is a pretty villa and quite imposing from the front with beige tiling, white walls and pale pink window features.

There is a shaded terrace area leading from the french windows in the lounge and all bedrooms. All bedrooms have balconies with keys. The local area is very pleasant and the neighbours (English and Turkish) are very helpful and friendly.

Although Villa Angela is close to the action in Turgutries and the beach, the area is still quiet. We have deliberately kept our prices down because we know that once you have visited Villa Angela you will want to return again and again. 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living room. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, shopping areas.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find golf, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, a themepark.

Turgutries has many restaurants and bars. Local people are extremely friendly and helpful.

Lee says: "This was our second visit to villa Angela and it is a great villa located 5 minutes from the town with a couple of large supermarkets, lots of restaurants and bars. The beach is around a 10 minute walk and is clean and safe for swimming there are water sports available. The villa is very clean with all the things you could need for your stay. The pool area is lovely with sun loungers and 2 eating areas. Villa Angela is in a peaceful location but only minutes from a busy town center. We will be holidaying at villa Angela again in 2010 we highly rate this villa and Turgutreis is Stunning "
