Manzara Iki is perfect for a romantic break -it is divided into three self-contained cottages which are all privately owned holiday cottages. Each has one double and one twin room, both with ensuite facilities. The comfortable living room has a sofa bed, chairs, table and an open fire. There is airconditioning in both the bedrooms, from where you can access the wonderfully private upper terrace - ideal for getting that all-over tan! The kitchen area opens out onto another private terrace with dining facilites and barbeque area.  

The verdant garden and large pool is shared with the other 2 Iki cottages, although each property has its own area where the many fruit trees provide shade as well as lemons and peaches.
There is a small bar and 'kosk' (shady wooden seating area) around the pool which has plenty of space for sunbeds and umbrellas. The cottage is in a rural area on the outskirts of Dalyan where your neighbours are the grazing cows and free range hens!
 

The villa is 10 minutes walk down quiet country lanes to the delightful riverside town of Dalyan. It is an area of stunning natural beauty - rivers, lake and sea surrounded by mountains and pine forests, now protected from excess development as a conservation area. No large hotels can be built and building is prohibited near the beach in order to protect the endangered loggerhead turtle which nests here. It’s a wonderful place to relax and enjoy this unspoilt corner of the justly famous Turquoise coast. Take a boat downriver to Turtle Beach or wallow in the hot mud on Koycegiz Lake. You can also sample the excellent selection of very reasonably priced restaurants in this friendly little market town and visit the inviting little bars lining the riverbank.

 

The cottage comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed. This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The cottage has 2 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the cottage cool.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The cottage is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a east facing balcony, a barbeque.

Close to the cottage you will find a beach, boat hire, flying, walking, cycling, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the cottage you will find sailing, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, scuba diving, historic sites.

Also try white water rafting and the nearby spa and hot springs on the beautiful lake Koycegiz

Phillip says: "I booked this villa last minute and therefore didnt know what to expect. I was overwhelmed by the quality of the property and its value for money.This villa has real charachter compared to so many faceless modern concrete blocks you see, the mountain views were lovely, the beautiful mature gardens exceeded expectations. The staff were helpful but discreet. The villa was excellently equipped and decorated in a lovely Turkish style, particually appreciated the air conditioning, and my girlfriend was impressed to find a working iron and hairdryer. The town of Dalyan is a gem, would highly recommend Saki restaurant on the waterfront for the great food and friendly owners, and Leons bar is also highly recommended. Wonderful array of trips in the area, particually enjoyed the day trip to Ekincik with Erden the boat man. Manzara Iki was a real find for us, we will be telling all our friends and family to go, and if there was any complaint it was the holiday wasnt long enough! Cant wait to return!
