This 1 bedroom apartment overlooks the park area with easy access to all the amenities on site but with the added advantage of it being in a quiet area of the complex.

It sleeps up to 5 people with 2 in the twin bedded room and 3 in the living area and comes complete with air conditioning in both the living area and the bedroom.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you would need for a self catering holiday including pots and pans, cutlery, crockery, microwave oven, fridge, hob and even tea towels and cloths!

Lounge
This comes complete with three piece suite. One of the sofas also pulls out into a double sofa bed sleeping two more people. This has patio doors leading on to the terrace. The lounge is also equipped with a TV, DVD Player, Games Console, Satellite TV and Radio/CD Player.

Bedroom
This is a comfortable large twin bedded room including bedside tables, wardrobe and hairdryer.

Bathroom
This contains bath with shower over, wash basin and toilet.

Balcony/Terrace
This large terrace offers park views and has a table with 4 chairs and loungers if you wish to get away from it all.

As this apartment is on the ground floor gives easy access to less mobile guests.

The apartment comes with all linen and towels and has everything you need in the kitchen for a fully self catered holiday.

There is a weekly maid service including linen and towel change.

A welcome pack is also provided on arrival - saving the hassle of trying to find essential items to buy so you can relax from the moment you arrive. 

The complex is located just a 5-10 minute stroll from all the major beaches in Altinkum and very close to local shops, amenities and resort centre, 

ALTINKUM means “golden sands” and with its beaches which gently shelve into the inviting turquoise blue Aegean, you will soon see how the resort got its name. Excellent Beach life in Altinkum has also got water sports or pedalos for those who prefer the pace of life a bit slower. Sun beds and umbrellas are available for rent and once settled there will be no need for you to move until sunset.

Altinkum is a small and friendly resort. You will get to know the local people of Altinkum very quickly because they will enjoy talking with you and offering a cup of Turkish tea or apple tea. It does not matter if this is your first or last trip, you will find yourself coming back to Altinkum year after year to visit your new friends.

The Temple of Apollo located in Altinkum was called the Didymaion in ancient times. The Greek traveller Pausanias who travelled during 160A.D. recorded that the temple was constructed even before Greek colonization took place and that was in the 10th century B.C. The general belief is the temple in Altinkum actually dates back to the 2nd millennium B.C. However, excavations have unearthed the initial level of the temple and archaeologists feel that the temple dates back to the 8th century B.C. and the walkway was constructed a century later. It is an awesome sight not to be missed!

Altinkum at NightAltinkum has many great restaurants, bars and nightclubs. From Typically Turkish to Basically British, you'll find everything you want here. Some of these restaurants are even open 24 hours. There are also a couple of outdoor open air nightclubs for you to dance the night away into the small hours.


Ferries to the Greek Islands have also been introduced from the newly constructed Altinkum Ferry Terminal where you can go on day trips to islands such as Kos.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing balcony. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside swimming, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, walking, cycling, horse riding, tennis, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, a themepark.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find fishing.

Susan says: "The apartment was clean and had most items you would need ie. ironing board, iron, microwave, tv, dvd player etc. The Royal Marina complex is very nice and only 10 minutes walk from the beach and the town. The owners also left a welcome pack which was great if you arrived in the middle of the night. My only negative would be lack of towels, so a linen change mid-week would be useful have a washing machine installed. Overall a great place to stay in what seems to be an up and coming area of Turkey. Thank you! "
