Villa Carrera is situated in the sought-after Ladies Beach area of this magnificent resort on Turkey’s Aegean Coast. Completed in July 2007 to its British owner’s specification, it features panoramic views over Kusadasi Bay, the surrounding countryside and towards the Greek island of Samos. Many non-standard features designed to enhance both comfort and safety have been incorporated.

On a small complex set amongst olive groves, it is one of 2 detached villas which sit above most of the remaining semi-detached units; villas on the complex share a well-maintained swimming pool (closed during the winter months). 

The villa is sufficiently elevated (about 18 metres above sea level) to make the most of the stunning views without overly exerting those who prefer to walk to the beach or local shops. The location is tranquil but convenient for all amenities.

Ladies Beach, the most popular beach in Kusadasi with its restaurant-lined promenade, is about 1200 metres away. If you don't want to walk, you can take the dolmus - one passes the complex every 2 or 3 minutes (a little less frequently in winter). The same dolmus can take you into central Kusadasi, a distance of about 2.5 kilometres / 1.5 miles.

Please note that the villa is on a quiet, family-oriented site and is for rental to families only. 

With around 225 sq mt / 2,400 sq ft indoors and 120 sq mt / 1,300 sq ft of terraces, there is plenty of space for both indoor and outdoor living.

The villa is ideal for 1 or 2 families or can provide the perfect setting for honeymooners, whichever time around. It is fully equipped for 8 guests plus a cot and has everything needed for comfortable living, indoor and out. The marble terraces, on the ground floor and roof, are ideal for alfresco living and entertaining.

Reverse-cycle air conditioning for both heating and cooling, providing a temperature-controlled environment all year round.

The internal specification is far higher than the average property, with European-standard electrics, good quality furniture and fittings, marble floors, spacious living areas and a magnificent master suite. Just about everything you need is provided, including linen, towels (even beach towels), 2 satellite televisions, telephone and broadband internet. There is also a safe which is large enough to accommodate 2 or 3 laptop computers.
 

The villa is complete and furnished in every detail but the garden is not yet landscaped, along with some other parts of the complex; the two roads within the complex have not yet been adopted by the local authority and, although serviceable, are not tarmacked.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 11 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.
