We are pleased to offer for rent, our beautiful Turkish Villa on a new complex within a few minutes stroll from the centre of Hisaronu and only a short way from ' The Turquoise Coast ' Beach resort of Olu Deniz.
Our villa is situated in a peaceful and idyllic setting for a much needed relaxing holiday, its stunning location offers fabulous scenic views of the nearby Babadag mountain range.
It is approximately 4 kilometres from the beautiful beach and lagoon at Olu Deniz and about 5 kilometres from the bustling harbour town of Fethiye.
The Villa is built to a high standard in traditional style and with all modern comforts and can sleep up to 6 persons. It is perfect for families, couples or groups.
The developments main attraction is the 650 sq metre pool along with smaller child’s pool.

Our villa
This brand new complex and Villa for 2007 is fully furnished and comes with all modern appliances and your very own built in BBQ on the sun terrace area. The 2 bedrooms both have en suite facilities and the lounge is capable of sleeping extra guests.
The Villa is situated within a few minutes easy walk from the centre of Hisaronu which is ideal for those who wish to relax all day and then enjoy the towns vibrant atmosphere in the evening providing visitors with something for everyone.
The grounds and gardens are well maintained by the local caretaker giving a peaceful and idyllic setting for a relaxing holiday, its stunning location offers fabulous scenic views of the nearby mountain range.
The Villa is set in beautifully maintained landscaped gardens and guests have use of the large swimming pool and children's pool. There is plenty of space to sunbathe and sun beds are provided and can be used either by the pool or on the partly shaded sun terrace of the Villa which overlooks the pool; which is within a stones throw of the villa.
The Orka Village complex is maintained to a very high standard and provides a safe and carefree environment for your family holiday. The site has 24 hour security.
The Villa is brand new and in pristine condition and should have all you need for your stay. It has an open plan lounge/diner leading onto a part shaded sun terrace area facing the swimming pools.
The property comprises of two 1st floor double sized bedrooms which are tastefully furnished and have en suite bathroom facilities, there is plenty of storage space available in the rooms. One bedroom consists of a double bed and the other two single beds. Sofa beds are provided in the lounge for extra guests. Bath towels and bedding are supplied. A maid service operates and there is a regular linen change
Both bedrooms have their own balconies and have great views of the complex, the pool and nearby mountain ranges.
All rooms come with the much needed air conditioning units as the summer temperature average above 30c.
There is a separate shower room downstairs for easy use after the pool or sunbathing.
The kitchen is fitted with both electric & gas cooker and hob, large fridge freezer and ,microwave oven. All other appliances that you will need for your stay are here. A washing machine is also installed in the villa. There is also a TV, DVD player & Hi Fi equipment for use and a built in safe for added security.
