There are sea and mountain views from the top terraces. The villa is a short bus ride away from Kusadasi and only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Silver Sands Beach.  There are numerous beachside cafes, bars and restaurants within a short walking distance, and the nearby water park makes this villa a great place for a sunny beach holiday for all the family.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a sports center, shopping areas.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find historic sites, a theatre/cinema.
