Detached villa comprising open plan sitting/dining room with french doors onto large balcony overlooking the sea. Here you can relax on the hardwood furniture and enjoy the superb views across Gulluk Bay.

The sitting room is furnished for six people and benefits from television and DVD player as well as CD player. The dining area has a table and six chairs.

The kitchen is spacious and well equipped including a large fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave and toaster.

In this complex the villas are designed with the living area above the bedrooms to take full advantage of the spectacular views and to keep the bedrooms cool as the hot air rises. All rooms are complete with air conditioning via ceiling fans.

There is a shower room with toilet and wash hand basin on each floor of the property .

A large roof terrace with furniture and loungers, a large rear patio and two balconies provide a plethora of options for relaxing and sunbathing as well as shade for when the sun is particularly hot.

The small complex is gated and secure and has excellent recreational facilities including a large communal swimming pool, basketball and volleyball courts and is only 400 metres from the sea which is sheltered and perfect for swimming.

There is a small cafe on site and a shop and bar are planned for the pool area (this is to be confirmed!)

Shopping facilities include local shops within 5 minutes and two very small supermarkets in the village of Kiyikislacik, which is ten minutes away by car. Here you will find several restaurants beside the harbour serving local specialities.
 

The villa is situated in a small, peaceful bay and still retains the feel of real Turkey. It is just ten minutes from Kiyikislacik, the ancient Iasos which lies at the innermost point of the Gulf of Gulluk, north of the Bodrum peninsula, and is 18kms east of Milas. Across the water on the opposite shore the town of Gulluk can be seen. in the further distance other villages along the coast of the Bodrum peninsula are visible. Whilst the peninsula is Turkey's most popular holiday area, thronged with visitors in the summer, Kiyikislacik is astonishingly peaceful and tranquil. The present village only dates from 1929. Before that, it was a Greek farm. Today it is famous for its olive groves and its cheap and abundant fish.
Iasos was formerly an island. The founders probably chose it for its protected natural harbour. Excavations of the Carian city Iasos by a team of Italian archaeologists have revealed that the earliest settlement dates back to the Early Bronze Age. Many artefacts and sculptures can be seen in Izmir, Milas and Bodrum museums, and there are some objects and inscriptions made of the local purple marble in a Roman mausoleum referred to locally as the Balik Pazari (Fish Market). Other buildings in the ancient city date from various periods. Several restaurants can be found beside the harbour and the prices are more in keeping with the real Turkey than in the local resorts of Bodrum and Gumbet.

This is the place to come to see villagers working the fields, riding on their donkeys and fishing in their small boats. It is not the place to come looking for a sangria fuelled disco filled holiday. None of those things exist here.
When you come to our villa you will soon start to take life at the locals pace and your days will pass in a tranquil environment where the pace of life is dictated soley by your desires and you can sunbathe and swim or you can walk the hills surrounding the complex, which is home to wild boar and other wildlife including eagles. Come and relax and unwind! 

Transport can be arranged to pick you up from the airport, (which is only 20 kilometres from the villa) and return you at the end of your holiday (cost is roughly 60 euros each way for a taxi) but it must be stressed that Kiyikislacik is on a peninsula and unless you want to just while away your days enjoying the local scenery and waters (which it is perfectly acceptable to do!), then you would do well to consider car hire for your stay, although the local Dolmus, (small buses) pass the complex regularly and will take you to Milas for around £1 each way.

There is a wealth of places to visit in the region including Bodrum, Milas and Lake Bafa. All these places are within one hours drive from the villa.

The cost of car hire varies according to numerous factors but as a guide, a small car with air conditioning will cost around 60 Turkish lire a day which is around £25.

the complex has a volleyball court and a basketball court in addition to an outdoor area equipped with cardiovascular equipment. there is also an indoor area with table tennis facilities. There is a large communal swimming pool less than two minutes from the villa and the beach with jetty and pontoon for swimming is approximately four hundred metres from the front of the property. Captains Inn, a small local bar is situated on the seafront and sells beer and soft drinks as well as local seafood specialities as and when they are available.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the living room. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cds, radio. Recreational activities available with the villa include table tennis.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a north facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find tennis, historic sites, a museum, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find scuba diving, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas.

Milas holds a twice weekly market ( Tues/Fri) Kiyikislacik also has a market on a Friday.
