This brand new 2 bedroomed apartment is on a small complex of only 14 properties set within lovely grounds. Each apartment block consists of 1 ground floor apartment and 1 first floor apartment. This particular apartment is on the first floor.

The lounge/kitchen area has air-conditioning and opens onto a generous sized balcony, which has a patio table and chairs and overlooks the pool.

The double bedroom also has a balcony. It has an ensuite bathroom (shower, wc, and handbasin).

The other bedroom has two single beds and is situated next door to the other bathroom (which also has a shower, wc and handbasin).

Outside the front door, up another flight of steps is an extemely large roof terrace, (which is shared with the ground floor apartment) and overlooks the fantastic swimming pool. 

The apartment is situated outside the main centre of Gundogan, in a small bay called Kucukbuk. Gundogan is a small, quiet and unspoilt resort that has not yet been taken over by British holidaymakers. The locals are friendly and even in high season, does not appear too busy

It is just a five minute walk to the beach which has several restaurants which, in the evening allow you to dine on the beach or on the wooden jetties which protrude into the sea. There is a small "corner" shop which sells basic provisions also within a 5 minute walk.

The main centre of Gundogan is a 20 walk or 5 min drive and offers a greater selection of restaurants and shops, as well as a Dolmus (bus) station

Gundogan, set within a larger bay, also caters for many watersports such as sailing and windsurfing, and boat trips operate from here visiting local islands and bays further along the coast.

Wednesday is market day in Gundogan. You can buy fresh fruit & veg as well as hand crafted fabrics and carpets, and not forgetting the fake "designer wear".
 

The bustling and cosmopolitan town of Bodrum is just 20 kilometres away. Here you will find many shops, restaurants and bars that stay open until the early hours of the morning during the summer. At Bodrum harbour you will find boat hire, scuba diving trips, island cruises, fishing, and many water sport activities.

Daily ferry trips to the Greek islands of Kos (20 mins)and Rhodes (2 hrs) can be purchased at the harbour.

In Ortakent, a 20 minute drive away can be found a Water Park – maybe not as large as those in Spain for example, but nonetheless a fun day out.

Less than a 30 minute drive from the villa is the historical town of Gumusluk. Its quaint harbour nestles on the shores of a beautiful turquoise cove hidden away from the main road. Here you will find some of the best fish restaurants on the Bodrum Peninsula. Walk around this little fishing village and learn about the ancient city of Myndos, destroyed by an earthquake, lying barely submerged in the crystal clear waters of the bay for many hundreds of years. Dont forget to bring your snorkel. You can also wade across to Rabbit Island and explore.

 

As the name suggests, there are fruit trees (lemon, oranges, limes and bananas) in the gardens. The apartment is on the first floor and shares an extremely large roof terrace with the apartment below. The gardener/caretakes lives on site

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 double sofa beds located in the Lounge area. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.
