Ocean view villa is located in a small exclusive development on the hills near the village of Gundogan on the Bodrum Peninsula overlooking the intersection of the Aegean & Mediterranean Seas.The villa was completed in 2006 and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults. The villa has 2 bedrooms and 1 bedsettee, a seperate kitchen, two full bathrooms (upstairs and downstairs), an open fireplace, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment and a fully equiped kitchen. The communal swimming pool is close to the villa, being at the bottom of the steps which lead to the villa garden. 

Patio doors lead from the kitchen to a patio area with spectacular sea views making this the ideal location for relaxing or diining in comfortable patio furniture. If you dont feel like lounging by the pool sun loungers are available for use in the private sun terrace. 

 

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living room. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television satellite/cable.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The location of the villa means you will hear some noise, though not excessive.
