The Villa on Ladies Beach, Kusadasi, Turkey. The villa sleeps 6 plus 2 baby cots (in the travel cots provided). There is one double bedroom, one twin with the 3rd bedroom being the large living room which has 2luxurious sofa beds.

There is plenty of floor space downstairs as it is all open planned. The house stays cool downstairs as it is nicely shaded.

The garden terrace is very large and has great sea views and is the perfect place to realx and eat your lunch.
 

The villa has a large roof terrace which has excellent sea views, one of which you can see in the picture here overlooking Ladies Beach, which is only 200 metre walk from the Villa. The roof terrace also has a large stone bench and table with large comfy cushions, which is a perfect and romantic location to watch the sun go down. The main bedroom has its own large private balcony perfect to relax in the evenings.

We fell in love with the Villa as soon as we went up on to the roof garden. The view in the morning is really something to cherish. 

The Villa is managed and cleaned by our a Management Company who can assist with any matters during your stay and they ensure that the Villa is kept in a first class condition and can also help with any issues that you may have, be it queries in relation to excursion or medical issues, they will be happy to help in order to ensure your holiday is an enjoyable one.
 

A lovely roof terrace has panoramic sea views overlooking ladies beach and you can see mountains and Samos.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 2 cots. The property also has 2 double sofa beds located in the Living Room. This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 7 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking villa

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a east facing garden, a east facing patio area, a east facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside walking.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find climbing, mountain biking, horse riding, historic sites, a museum.
