There is private parking, a secluded patio and private garden area as well as extensive balconies. The pool is larger than most and shared only with 4 other villas in this delightful development. 

Care has been taken to ensure furniture and fittings are of the highest standard and reflect the care taken in the building itself which uses much local wood: cedar and pine. There is an open fireplace for cooler evenings of spring and autumn.

A quick downhill walk takes you to the attractive traditional Turkish village of Uzumlu which has most regular shops, a weekly market, and an hourly bus to the town so a car is not essential.

The living area is extensive with a mezzanine for a study/additional bedroom/playroom area. The garden has a private area and a private patio to one side, as well as the area around the shared pool (only 4 other villas).

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the mezzanine. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
