Orange Valley Villa is a brand new detached luxury 4 bedroom villa situated in a small exclusive complex. The villa is set on a hillside village with stunning sea views and the Greek Island of Samos. 4 Bedrooms* – 3 double bedrooms, 2 with terraces with uninterrupted sea and mountain views. The master bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower room. Sleeps 6 comfortably. (*4th bedroom not available due to owner storage).

Family bathroom with jacuzzi corner bath and separate enclosed shower with body massage jets. Spacious open plan living/dining room has a dining table that seats 6. Flat screen LCD television with DVD player and Sony playstation 2. Ipod speaker and docking station.

Luxury kitchen with granite worktops, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and fridge freezer. Downstairs washroom and wc. All rooms have air conditioning/climate control.

The villa has five terraces/balconies, all with sea views and benefiting from the sun all day. You wake to the most amazing sight of an uninterrupted sea and mountain view plus you can clearly see the Greek Island of Samos. In the eveining you can enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace while watching the most amazing sunsets.

The complex has a large 10 x 15 metre swimming pool, an additional childrens pool and communal gardens. The complex has 24 hour security even though crime in Turkey is extremely rare. Own driveway and garden.


 

Sogucak is a small charming authentic Turkish village about 15 minutes drive from the busy town of Kusadasi. The villa is approx. 900m from the heart of the village. There are two lovely restaurants in the village with excellent sunset views, plus 3 local market shops for essentials. There is a small vegetable market in the centre of the village. Turkish people are known for being very genuine and friendly.

KUSADASI
Kusadasi is one of Turkey’s principal holiday resorts with something on offer for the old, young, sightseers, nature lovers, sun-seekers and back packers. Situated on the west coast of Turkey, 90km south of Izmir (Turkey’s third largest city) Kusadasi is considered to be one of the most attractive cities of the Aegean. It is close to important historical sites including Ephesus, Didyma, Priene, Miletos and other places of interest such as Pamukkale and the Greek Island of Samos.

As the sun sets, you can watch the arrival and departure of the yachts and cruise ships as you enjoy the stunning panoramic view of the sunset in one of the many seafront cafes and restaurants. The restaurants in Kusadasi offer a delicious array of food, serving a variety of fresh seafood from the Aegean Sea and other specialties of the region. The night life includes dancing and entertainment at lively bars or discos until dawn. Kusadasi never sleeps!


 

Beaches and Shopping - Kusadasi has something for everyone. Bar Street is a very popular and lively nightspot and has a variety of clubs and bars. Restaurants are found throughout the city centre with everything from low budget snack bars and traditional Turkish canteens to more up-market eateries with full a-la-carte menus. Speciality Seafood restaurants are located around the seafront area close to the port and marina.

The Kusadasi area has many beaches to offer – there is a town beach, but Silver Sands Beach is highly recommended, with its beachfront restaurant and watersports. It is the closest beach to Sogucak together with Long Beach (approx 5 minutes drive).

Kusadasi is without doubt a shopper’s paradise. The city centre has a wide range of shops offering everything from A-Z. There are weekly markets, every Tuesday and Friday, the latter being the larger and more popular.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, water skiing, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find boat hire, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, a themepark.

Review submitted by non-Villarenters customer: One of the most beautiful villas we have stayed in. Peaceful & luxurious with the most amazing views. You need a car to get about but the beauty of that is that you are away from the hustle & bustle of the main tourist areas. We only had to drive 2 mins to get the lovely local village restaurants, 5 mins to the beach & nearest supermarket or 15 mins to Kusadasi. As we have 3 children, it was important that we had enough room in the villa to chill out on holiday. There was enough space for everyone to do their own thing - lovely big balconies, large double bedrooms and a huge lounge/dining area & garden. The owners have thought of everything - there's even a hairdryer, playstation & Ipod dock. Not to mention the things you most need for self catering - a dishwasher and washing machine! The pool was fab & much bigger than we expected. Everyone we met was really friendly & helpful. Would definitely go back here & will recommend it to all our fiends.
