Villa Bayram is set on a quiet country lane about 10 minutes walk away from Dalyan Centre. Unique in the village, this luxurious and spacious private villa is built with special stone imported from Cappodocia, which keeps you cool in summer and warm in winter. The open views of the nearby mountains are especially stunning in the evening when the sun sets and the three balconies and terrace area are perfect to enjoy pre-dinner drinks and views.
The large open plan lounge is well equipped with TV, DVD, Music Centre and XBox; The Kitchen has a Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Fridge Freezer and a Full Oven as well as many other features such as a kettle, coffee machine etc...
The feature fireplace makes this a perfect place to enjoy cooler months. The lounge opens onto the large terrace with its magnificent views.
There are three large bedrooms on the first floor, one double and two twins (each with a balcony overlooking the grounds) and a large family bathroom , with shower, bath and washing machine. The second floor houses the impressive master bedroom with en suite bathroom and whirlpool bath and has a large balcony overlooking the gardens, the mountains and Lake Koycegiz in the distance.

The lounge area opens on to a lovely large terrace overlooking a kidney shaped Swimming Pool with Marble surround and a separate children's pool which also doubles as a Jacuzzi for the adults in the evening. The extensive private gardens are lawned and planted with exotic fruits and trees.

There is a small shop about 5 minutes away from the Villa, where you can buy convenience items such as: Bread, Milk, Eggs, Drinks, Biscuits etc... and a larger 'Supermarket' about 10 minutes away.

A car is not necessary as there is a good local Public Transport service to surrounding Towns and areas, but Car Hire can be arranged if required.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cds. A computer is also available for your use.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
