Comprising of 3 large high ceiling bedrooms in a “beautiful wooden design”, (two double rooms having balconies, and a twin room without, that may be more suitable for children) , and also on the upper floor there is a large “shower room” with a toilet and wash basin. On the ground floor you will find a large open plan lounge that connects to the kitchen through a breakfast bar, the upstairs by a stylish wooden staircase, and opens onto the terrace via two “French windows” providing ideal access to the barbecue and outside patio area. The kitchen is a good size and equipped with all the necessary devices. The open plan kitchen also provides the chef with the advantage of being able to socialise with the group in the lounge whilst cooking. Also on the ground floor there is a small toilet with a wash basin and the main entrance to the villa via a solid wooden door. Outside the French doors there is a large terrace / patio for the outside table and chairs, which is equipped with a “brick barbecue area with a sink”. The villa is surrounded on three sides with a pretty garden area.


 

Park & Basket-ball Court

Approximately 150 yards from the villa at the rear of the complex there is located a children’s play area with a basketball court.

The Beaches

You can walk to the long sandy beach equipped with sun beds, beach bars, pedalos, aqua-park and canoes, passing the market, butchers, shops, cafes / restaurants and children’s play areas (approximately 900 metres).
Long Beach
The long sandy beach and cyrystal-clear water of Long Beach are ideal for swimming, water sports and peaceful resting. Kusadasi Long beach offers very clean sea and sandy beach, deck chairs, toilets, cafes, restaurants and water sports like water skiing, parasailing and jet skiing.
 

Within walking distance there is also a mini-market, a “Migros Supermarket” which probably sells all the supplies that you will need, if not then you can try the butcher’s, the market, or take a short Dolmus (mini-bus) ride or drive to “Kippa” a huge supermarket otherwise known as Tesco just a couple of miles away.

Suggestion
Then after visiting the beach and gathering fresh supplies you could sit out on the terrace and cook some Turkish Kebabs on the barbecue or just relax with a drink while the sun goes down.

 

Mountain Views and Sea Views are accessable from some locations throughout the villa.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television dvd.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a east facing garden, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, sea views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside a beach, swimming.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, walking, cycling, scuba diving.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find wind surfing, climbing, mountain biking, horse riding.

Spent a wonderful week relaxing and sight seeing around Kusadasi, the villa was an ideal base for accessing the local attractions. Ephesus and a trip to Pigeon Island are a must!

The villa was clean and fresh obviously recently built and furnished. The villa could benefit from T.V. Sattelite etc but had all the necessary furnishings and appliances for a comfortable relaxing holiday.

I can recommend villa Kusadasi for a sight seeing and family holiday.
