Villa Iyican is located on a secluded gently shelving beach, in the bay of Akbuk. Ehich is renown for its beatiful torquise sea, & fresh clean air. There are 4 bedrooms all having seaviews & balconies. All habitable rooms have airconditioning. 

For sun worshippers there is a large roof terrace with barbacue overlooking the bay. Outside there is a breakfast terrace with barbacue for alfresco dining, with seating for 8 people to watch the evening dun go down over the bay. The villa is located on a small gated community with swimming pool, & childs play area, it has 24hr security. 

All day to day requirements can be obtained from local shops & restaurant just 2 mins.walk away.A further stroll will take you to more beachfront restaurants & shops.Akbuk is a quiet fishing village where you will find all the local amenities you require without the noise and hustle and bustle of a commercial seaside town.There is a local market every Friday offering everything from fresh fruit,fish,to jewelery & spices. The local harbour offers trips around nearby bays where you can swim and enjoy a picnic a secluded setting. The beach front is lined with restaurants and cafes offering good value for money turkish cuicine. 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
