Built on the outskirts of undiscovered gem Dalyan, Villa Artemis sits on a very quiet secluded road surrounded by cotton fields and panoramic mountain views while only being a ten minute stroll to the centre of town. The only sound you are likely to hear from the villa is the frogs that live in the stream along the side of the lane. Villa Artemis is a beautiful 3 bedroom villa with a large open plan ground floor, a fitted kitchen, dining area and a good sized lounge with satellite TV, DVD and CD player. There is a sofa bed enabling the villa to accommodate up to 8 people. The upstairs is split into three bedrooms (one double & two twins) with one family bathroom and a master en-suite. Downstairs there is a cloakroom. All rooms are air conditioned and the third bedroom has a balcony overlooking the ancient Lycian rock tombs which are particularly stunning at night when illuminated.

Outside there is a large shaded veranda at the front that captures the cooling Dalyan breeze which gives relief on even the hottest of days. A second terrace at the back of the house gives a peaceful relaxing spot to have breakfast or read a book in the morning sun. The gardens are landscaped and planted with a variety of trees and shrubs and there is a large kidney shaped infinity type swimming pool with a stepped shallow end. There is a BBQ and two dining tables should you wish to cook outdoors and plenty of sun loungers for wiling away the hours by the pool.
 

Dalyan is a pretty fishing town set in the middle of a conservation area where the building of high rise buildings and large tourist complexes is forbidden. This enables the town and surrounding areas to remain unspoilt and a haven for those seeking a tranquil holiday. There is a huge variety of things to see and do. Your holiday can be as busy or peaceful as you want. On foot you can visit the Roman city of Caunos and the Lycian rock tombs. Boat trips to the Turtle beach, local lake or mud baths are inexpensive and a lot of fun. For those seeking adventure there’s always white water rafting, microlighting, scuba diving or jeep safaris. Exploring the local coastline by boat on the 12 Island tour is something everyone should experience the beauty and clarity of the sea is breathtaking. We fell immediately in love with Dalyan where the local people are the most welcoming and friendliest we have met anywhere in the world. After a holiday here we are sure you will feel the same way we do.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
