The villa is fully furnished including a fridge/freezer, oven, dish washer and kettle - the washing machine is in the downstairs bathroom. The living room has seating for 6 people, TV/DVD player and a selection of DVDs. There is a dining table and six chairs. The 3 bedrooms are two doubles and one twin room. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.

The private pool is at the front of the villa. There are sun loungers and outside chairs available.

Included with the accommodation price is a basic food arrival welcome pack including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread, jam and eggs weekly clean/change of bedding and a meet and greet service.

Long term rentals also considered.
 

The villa is set at the back of a beautiful valley located on the outskirts of Fethiye, called Tasyaka with mountain views.

Fethiye centre and harbour is only 1km away and Oludeniz, Hisaronu and Calis within a 10 minute drive.

The main road is approximately a 10 minute walk from the villa, but there is a dolmus service (bus) near the villa which takes you to the main road, to catch the bus to all of the surrounding areas.

Fethiye is a bustling traditional Turkish town, with plenty of atmosphere and ambience. In Fethiye you can stroll along the harbour, take boat trips, shop abundantly and eat from a huge selection of restaurants. There is also a weekly market every Tuesday that sells everything from leather goods, clothes, spices and food all at bargain prices. Remember to haggle!

Also the famous blue lagoon and Oludeniz beach are definately worth a visit.

Try one of the many excursions on offer from boat trips to the mud baths at Dalyan, jeep safari to see the real Turkey and for the more adventurous paragliding and scuba diving.
