The villa is set in its own private grounds and has an extra large swimming pool with a deep diving end and also heated. There is a brick built BBQ and poolside shower.

It is fully furnished inside including oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, TV, kettle, toaster and separate utility room with washing machine.

The four bedrooms are 2 doubles, 1 twin and 1 single plus a double sofa bed in the living room, sleeping 7-9 people. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath.

Included with your accommodation is a basic food arrival welcome pack including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread, jam, milk, water and eggs weekly clean/change of bedding and a meet and greet service.
 

The town of Kemer is only a 10 minute walk away with shops, mini markets and local restaurants. There is a weekly market every Friday where local produce, clothes and souvenirs can be bought.

The area is surrounded by pine forests and countryside with a stunning mountain backdrop. Kemer offers the peaceful living of unspoilt Turkey with the added benefit of being within easy reach of many larger towns and attractions.

Patara Beach is the nearest beach from Kemer and is over 16km long and takes around 25 minutes to drive there.

The cosmopolitan harbour town of Fethiye is only a 20 minute bus ride from Kemer. The local mini bus service runs every 15 minutes in the summer and half hourly throughout winter from Kemer.

Fethiye is a bustling traditional Turkish town, with plenty of atmosphere and ambience. In Fethiye you can stroll along the harbour, take boat trips, shop abundantly, eat in a huge selection of restaurants, drink in the many bars and dance the night away. There is also a weekly market every Tuesday that sells everything from leather goods, clothes, spices and food all at bargain prices. Remember to haggle!

Also Calis Beach is within easy reach from Fethiye. Calis has a long beach, promenade, shops, restaurants and bars. Also use the water taxi to go into Fethiye.

The famous Oludeniz beach and blue lagoon can be reached from Fethiye and are definitely worth a visit. Hire a car for freedom to travel around independently.

The area has something for everyone. Go on boat trips, take a trip to the mud baths at Dalyan, visit many historical sites including Pamukkale and Ephesus. Cool down at the gorge in Saklikent where the water is zero degrees. Take a jeep safari and see the real Turkey. And for the more adventurous amongst you, try Paragliding/ Parasailing and Scuba Diving.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 single, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the living area. This gives room for up to 9 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television satellite/cable.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
