With over 300 days of sunshine each year there is always plenty to do whenever you decide to come and whatever you want to do, whether it be action packed, relaxing or a cultural experience then there will be something to suit you.

A 5 minute dolmus ride will take you to one part of the 13 miles of sandy beach, follow the promenade and it will take you to the National Park 'Milli Park'. Here you can relax or snorkel off one of the 4 beaches or you can walk the 10km to the top of the canyon and enjoy the stunning views whilst looking at the flora and fauna.

Along the beaches every sort of watersport is available but if it is thrills that you are after then there are 2 aquaparks close by, Aquafantasy and Adaland where you can also swim with dolphins.

20 minutes by dolmus you can reach Kusadasi, this is a bustling port town with many historical sites. There are many open air cafes, bars and fish restaurants, plus many quality shops and bazaars where you can practice your 'bartering' skills. Weekly markets are held, Friday is for fruit and veg where locals come from miles around either to buy or sell produce. Wednesday is for clothes and textiles.

Large cruise liners visit the harbour and here you can also catch a ferry to the Greek Island of Samos.

The area is steeped in history, Ephesus, one of the 7 ancient wonders, the Virgin Mary House, Priene, Miletos, Pammukale, the Church of St John, Sirince an old Greek hill top village which is famous for its wine, to name a few...are all within easy reach.

Jeep safaris, horse safaris, boat trips, turkish nights can all be booked locally. Plus the Nature Med Thermal Springs are within a 10 minute drive.

These are just a few of the many sights and activities on offer. There truly is something for everyone where you can do as much or as little as you like.

 

 

 

Set on a hillside just 13 kms from Kusadasi centre in the traditional village of Sogucak, this villa offers peace and tranquility with sweeping views of the pine forest, mountains and sea, whilst being only 5 minutes by dolmus to the beach and 20 mins to Kusadasi. Each bedroom has its own balcony, there is also a lounge terrace with barbecue, kitchen terrace and roof top terrace also with barbecue. So plenty of opportunities for sun bathing and al fresco dining. You can either laze around the communal infinity pool, take a leisurley walk into the village, or hop on a dolmus to one of the sandy beaches.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
