Your Accommodation
Our semi-detached 3 story Villa is furnished to a very high standard and can comfortably accommodate a party of 6 . This includes separate kitchen and lounge, downstairs w.c. There are 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin. The twin bedroom on the top floor has spacious on suite facilities with bath, w.c and sink and own quality furnished terrace. On the 1st floor ther is a furnished terrace with quality table and 4 chair with is accesable from both double bedrooms via sliding patio doors, inclusive of fly screens. Most rooms have double or fitted wardrobes and bedside drawers / tables with a spare set of clean bedding for each room. All rooms have Air conditioning fitted.

There is a shower room with sink and w.c on the first floor. Clean fresh towles are provided. The lounge area is furnished to a excelent standard with modern comfortable sofas, chair and footstool and includes satellite TV. Enabeling you to view all our English programs and the BBC radio stations. Ther is an added bonus of having an open chimmney fire place suitable for those cosy evening in by the TV.

There are all the usual kitchen facilities you would expect back home including:
Large fridge freezer, electric oven, with gas hob, extractor fan, kettle and toaster. If you prefer there is a barbeque available as an additional cooking option.
Laundry facilities include Washing mashine, maiden, pegs, iron and ironing board. There is also added benefit of a safety deposit box should you require it.

The villa is in a relaxing picturesque setting, and has 2 large communal pools, equiped with sunbeds, parasols and side tables. Lakeside villa has excellent easy access to the 1st pool without walking any distance.
The terraces of this villa are not overlooked by any other guests around the pool area.

The morning sun rises behind the villa over the pool, and sets in the evening over the lake infront of the villa. All Terraces are in partial sun all of the spring/summer season, enabeling you to get some shad or sun on the terraces if you so desire.

BOAT TRIP: Duration is 2hrs, Meeting point is at the Akkaya garden restaurant, the minibus will take you to the boat it will make swim & beach stop only accesable from the boat trip. info@akkayagarden.com

DALAMAN: Is located 5 mins from the airport and is 20 mins from the villa. This would be your main shopping area for food. This region offers the tranquillity and friendliness you would expect from cultural Turkey, together with the promised 10 billion USA dollars investment, making this part of Turkey one of the most beautifull places to visit.

DALYAN: A must, a favourite place of ours. Hire a boat from one of the many local men, and take a trip up the Dalyan lake to the famous Mud baths. Or take a long lazy trip down the lake past the Lycian tombs and head out to the sea towards the famous IZTUZU beach. This boat trip gives you the feeling of the biblical eara. After browsing around the many tourist shops/bars enjoy a well earned restaurant meal opposite the Lycian tombs and enjoy the ambiance of the evening and this historic area.

IZTUZU BEACH: This is one of the most beautiful beaches on the mediteranean coastline.This sand bar seperates the sea from the mouth of the Dalyan Creek and is an excellent swimming beach. Situated 30 mins from Dalaman, or by boat from Dalyan. Iztuzu beach has also been preserved, as it is one of the last nesting grounds for the endangered Loggerhead Turtles.

GOCEK: This area is often referred to as the "St Tropez" of Turkey, with its exclusive yachting marina and unspoilt beaches, Gocek has emerged as one of the countries most affluent areas to live in Turkey. Gocek came to prominence in the 1980s as the favoured holiday retreat of Turgut Ozal, Turkeys go-getting prime minister and later president. You can explore Goceks 12 Island tour by hiring a boat at Gocek or by booking an organised trip from Dalyan. They will be able to collect you on the way to Gocek at the junction on the way to save you going back into Dalyan.

 

 

Lakeside villa has breathtaking scenery around and over the unobstructed views over the turquoise lake.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television satellite/cable.

There is room for 6 in the living room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a east facing patio area, a west facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, boat hire, fishing, walking.

Close to the villa you will find a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, sailing, historic sites, shopping areas.

Boat trip available, max 5 people for a 2 hr trip with swim & beach stops.

The amazing waterfall restauant www.akkayagarden.com is only a 10 minute walk/2 minute drive away.

Review submitted by non-Villarenters customer: Luxurious, tastefully furnished, and a well-equipped Villa, a pool that is large enough to swim in, overlooking the lake and mountains, this really is a tranquil place to stay. There was a food starter pack on our arrival. The local restaurant proved to be of excellent quality and reasonably priced. Road/track leading to and surrounding the complex have yet to be surfaced but are usable, Although the local town and coast are within a short distance car hire is a must.
