The apartment is newly and tastefully furnished to a high standard with pale stone floors, dark wood furniture and linen curtains throughout. It has a fully fitted kitchen/breakfast room with hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and an extendable table seating 6 people. There is a large lounge with lovely leather and chenille sofas (sofabeds), TV with satelite and DVD, with sliding doors leading to a large terrace overlooking the sea, with table and chairs - a perfect spot for breakfast or to watch the lovely sunsets.
There are two big bedrooms each with balconies. The master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite shower room. The second bedroom has 2 single beds each with underbeds. Main shower room. AC in all rooms, which also provide heat in cooler months.
The apartment comfortably sleeps 4 adults or 2 adults and up to 4 children.


 

Gulluk has a range of good restaurants, cafes and bars - from fish restaurants to home-cooked Turkish food, from fine dining to pizzas! . The locals are very warm and friendly and children made very welcome. There are lots of local shops selling fresh produce, a Migros supermarket, pharmacist, doctors, post office and a colourful market every week.
Gulluk has a lovely sea-front to walk along, a small sandy/shingle beach, beach clubs and swimming areas with attractive decked pontoons.
The Gulluk area is developing in a very selec t way retaining all of its traditional Turkish features, whilst benefiting from improved facilities.
Bodrum the main town is 30 minutes away - an attractive, cosmopolitan, bustling resort contrasting the historical castle and amphitheatre, alongside the new modern marina. Bodrum offers colourful bazaars, Turkish baths and a large selection of restaurants, cafes and shops. Traditional Turkish gulets and modern sailing boats offer many trips to explore the coast or visit the nearby Greek Islands of Kos and Rhodes
The Bodrum Peninsula has many pretty towns and villages to visit - Bitez, Gumusluk, Turgetreis - to name a few, as well as historical sites of interest. Lots of watersports - diving, wind-surfing, sailing, water-skiing and canoeing. Other activities include a great water-park, horse-riding, a beautiful nature reserce with vast lake, fishing, dolphin parks and much more.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
