Located in the beautiful and friendly village of Dalyan which is set in a conservation area close to the Turquoise Coast of Turkey and the famous Istuzu beach (Turtle Beach) one of the top (protected) beaches in the world and home to the carretta carretta turtles.
The Villa is almost opposite the famous Lyceum Rock Tombs and the views are unrivalled. It is set in an extremely quiet area but the main street with numerous shops, restaurants and small bars are within an easy 10 minute, flat walk.  

Four ensuite double bedrooms, two with double kingsize beds and two with two twin beds in each, all with top quality mattresses and bedding. All have large fully tiled ensuites with the master having a bath with shower over.
Three bedrooms on the first floor have access to a full length balcony with views that will astound.
Large terraced area with double doors from ground floor (disabled friendly) double ensuite bedroom.
Lounge area with hand carved fireplace, comfortable seating and flat, wall mounted TV. Modern kitchen with granite work surfaces and all mod cons.
Marble floors throughout.  

There is large terraced area with luxury sun loungers (8), large table and seats for eight to dine in comfort.
There is a private pool with a separate, heated jacuzzi/hot tub. Outside shower and stone BBQ. For your relaxation there is a "Kirch" (traditional Turkish cushioned seating area) which seems to induce sleep!
No car is required in Dalyan but If you do want a car to explore there are rental agencies within 10-15 minutes walk.
The river is a short distance away where there is a private, small, wooden jetty for the anglers.
Weekly maid service is included.  

For wheelchair users access to the Villa is by ramps. The ground floor has three sets of double doors. The ground floor bedroom and ensuite has it's own double doors from the terrace and the internal doors to the bathroom and the rest of the ground floor is via extra wide doors to allow wheelchair access. The ensuite shower room/wc is built to enable wheelchair access but does not have handrails etc.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 5 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds.

There is room for 8 in the living room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
