Rental includes daily pool service and twice weekly maid service. Bed linen changed weekly on Fri or Mon , towels twice weekly. Villa is cleaned twice weekly on Fri and Monday. Additional maid service available on request for small charge.

Guests are asked to use personal music players such as Ipods/CD players when at the poolside to preserve the tranquil atmosphere in the area around the villas.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Master Bedroom or second bedroom. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.
