Newly built luxury, modern, air-conditioned 4 Star Villa in Camps Bay, consisting of 5 en-suite bedrooms upstairs and 1 self catering cottage downstairs. The Villa has 6 en-suite bedrooms and can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests. Choose between renting the whole Villa which sleeps 10-12 guests or renting a single rooms which sleeps 2 Adults in each room.

The villa comprises 6 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 3 twin and 1 cots, 6 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 6 bathrooms and 7 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls and a fax machine.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a north facing patio area, a north facing balcony, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, skiing/snowboarding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

We all really wanted to send a very big thank you to both of you for making our holiday in Camps Bay such a special treat. We have had a fantastic time staying in your wonderful house. All of the accommodation was extremely comfortable and kept very clean by Beauty and Jefferson. Please pass on our regards to them. The scenery from the balcony was breath taking and we enjoyed many great evenings watching the sun setting whilst relaxing with a glass of South African wine!!

The whole family have got great memories and photographs of our trip and we cant stop talking about everything we were able to see and do. We really hope that one day we can come back and stay with you again and enjoy even more of what Cape Town and Camps Bay (in paricular) has to offer. We have really been extremely lucky to have had had such a fantastic holiday experience and a lot of this is down to your beautiful home and the care and attention you showed us, so thank you both again for all that you have done for us.

I know Nick and Dolly were also very impressed with everything at Villa Atlantic and they have both said that they too would love to come back to stay with you.

Dear Rene & Amir,
We had a lovely reunio n with our family this week end and shared all the delightful photos and memories of our stay in Camps Bay at your wonderful villa.
We did so much enjoy the space and, as witnessed by the amount of noise, the grandchildren really enjoyed the pool. We were told that the swimming pool would be a little fresh when you first went in, but no the heating was a real bonus.
The christmas lunch went well, the trip up Table Mountain, although a bit of a struggle was very rewarding and the two families had a great trip on the Safari. All very capably organised, and so smooth.
One of the great joys was the bbq and the sitting out area, we discovered Butter Fish in Houts Bay, all in all a memorable holiday made the more so by your hospitality and the terrific Villa. Many Many thanks Ruth and Robert Downes Please pass our good wishes to Antionette and Geoffrey.
