Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in the lovely peaceful seaside resort of Sidi Bouzid, 10 minutes drive from the larger town of Al Jadida which is itself is but an hour and a half from Casablanca/two hours from Marrakesh. The area of El Jadida has 150km of coast and several beaches are tourist destinations, the most famous being Sidi Bouzid. his beach, which calms the waves of the Atlantic by forming half of a circle. Other nearby beaches include Deauville (In the centre of El Jadida) Al Haouzia (2 km to the north of El Jadida).


 

The apartment has 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has twin beds with a sizeable balcony overlooking the shared swimming pool. The master bedroom has a double bed with large pine units. There is a spacious luxury kitchen with marble worktops, gas cooker and large modern fridge. The living room is spacious with Moroccan-style around the wall seating units. It has satellite TV and a balcony overlooking the local communities . There is a tiled bathroom with shower.
 

It is just 5 minutes walk to the beautiful beach - ideal for swimming/sunbathing with a refreshing breeze. Water sports are possible with a nearby Windsurfing club, surfing and many great fishing locations (El Oualidya further up the coast has world famous oyster beds). Great get-away location with relatively few Western tourists just friendly and well intentioned Moroccans. There are a number of small boutiques where you can buy provisions and a number of restaurants on the beachfront and nearby. It is only 10 minutes to the larger town of Al Jadida which has a souq and modern supermarkets (car rental is readily available or you can catch a taxi or bus at the corner of our complex). There is a train station near El Jadida which is easily reached by taxi.
Morocco is a country rich in culture and there are many things to explore. TheCité Portugaise in El Jadida with ramparts the walled city (within a city) features ramparts, a small Spanish chapel and Cistern . The cistern is famous especially for the thin layer of water that covers the floor, and which creates fine and exciting reflections from the little light there is and the spartan shapes of the columns and the roof - it was made famous in Orson Welles' "Othello". The Royal Golf course is set in a forest just outside El Jadida with a 19 hole course considered one of the most beautiful in Morocco. In El Jadida there is a 5 court tennis club with restaurant/cafe there is also a horse racing stadium and a falconry club. Some of the better hotels have quality discos. 

Two balconies at front and rear of apartment. The first from the twin bedroom is a sizeable balcony that overlooks the shared swimming pool (slight occasional noise not excessive) it has some chairs and makes a delightful place to sit on warm evenings. The rear looks out towards the neighbouring local communities.
