This is a fully furnished first floor holiday apartment on the Red Sea Riviera. It is the perfect base for a beach holiday, scuba diving, snorkelling, water sports, golf, (10 mins drive to the El Gouna Sheraton resort) and desert safaris, which can be arranged locally. There are numerous dive centres in Hurghada and a large selection of good dive sites accessible through day trips, in addition, it is possible to arrange dive safaris.
Sleeps up to 6 people with a communal pool, shared with only 7 other apartments, the apartment is situated on a private development, well situated to get to the lively town of Hurghada or the beautiful El Gouna.
 

The apartment has 2 air conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms each with bath and shower, an open plan living space which includes a sofa bed, 3 balconies and a roof terrace. The kitchen area contains full cooking facilities including microwave. THe lounge area includes a satellite receiver and colour television.
Fulltime staff onsite to provide services for the apartments and look after your needs. There is a is 24 hour security person, Housekeeper, Gardener and Site Manager plus guests may also use the private beach and facilities of the closest hotel
Excursions to Luxor or Cairo and Nile cruises can be arranged locally. Other possible activities which can be arranged are:- hot air ballooning, submarine or glass bottom boat trip, camel trekking or a quad bike trip. See the site team, they can arrange it or if not take you to someone who will.
 

Hurghada is excellent for night-life and boasts a Ministry of Sound beach club and the World’s first ever Hed Kandi Beach Bar plus numerous other bars and clubs. As this is Egypt prices are very reasonable.

For eating there are a wide variety of restaurants/cafes with all varieties of food. Recommendations can be provided.

 

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the In Living Area. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television satellite/cable.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

E says: "This was a lovely apartment beautiful, clean, spacious rooms but a bit out of the way for our liking. Although there is a lot of building work going on in the area the apartment and grounds were quiet. Our main problem was that there was no shops, restaurants, bars or hotels about, there was one hotel a good fifteen minute walk along a busy fast road but they charged a packet to use their facilities for the day. It was a good travel into town for restaurants etc and although not expensive on local transport soon added up when you used taxis there and back. The pool while a good size and had a childrens area but it was icy cold and you could not stay in for any length of time. This was I suspect mainly due to the time of year we were there. I would therefore suggest that if you hire a car this would be a brilliant place to stay, they also can get you access to a very nice hotel with beach in town at a small price, though if you dive at the hotels dive school you can get access for free. Please also note that if you want alcohol you should get it at the airport BEFORE you go to the apartment, it is not widely available and because of where you are situated it is very had to get hold of. The other people we met at the apartments were very nice and helpful but more information about where the apartment is situated would have been welcome."
