Villa Amirah was completed in April 2008 and has been finished and furnished to a very high standard. It benefits from alrge open-plan reception and kitchen area with breakfast bar and a dining area. The kitchen is fully fitted with all modern appliances needed for a self-catering holiday. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated and the master bedroom benefits from an ensuite bathroom and dressing room with a seating area and table looking out onto the balcony.The indoor pool is heated and has an adjoining jacuzzi and gym area with toilet/shower room and sunloungers. The villa benefits from full satellite tv, flat screen tv, dvd player, playstation as well as a music system which can be used with your i-pod or mp3 player,ideal for the whole family. In addittion ,there is an upstairs reception area with coffee table. All bathrooms have either a shower or corner bath and are supplied with toilet rolls for your arrival and towels, with additional towels provided for the pool area and sunbathing { for use at the villa only }.
The villa has a large outdoor courtyard area supplied with high-quality garden furniture including parasol, extending table and chairs as well as sunloungers.The large roof terrace has great sea views and views to the desert.
Please note the pool area and roof terrace are shared with the adjoining villa, please be considerate of other guests.

Villa Amirah is situated in Magawish village in Hurghada on the beautiful Red Sea Riviera. It is only a short jouney from the airport and is centrally located to all the local amenities.
A short drive will take you to the wealth of activities on offer in Hurghada, there really is something on offer for everyone in the family young or old. There is a choice of great golf-courses, horse-riding, quad-biking and desert safaris in addition to a choice of beaches perfect for a day in the sun and a large selection of water-sports and dive-centres for the more adventerous. A day out at the near by Titanic Water Park is a must for all with a great choice of water-slides and restaurants on site.
Hurghada is well connected to Cairo and Luxor by air and road if you wish to visit the historical sites Egypt has to offer, making it an ideal destination for a multi-centred holiday.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 4 single sofa beds located in the In Each Bedroom. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. Recreational activities available with the villa include a home gym.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
