The large villa 4 bedroomed staffed Villa boasts a spacious garden, private heated swimming pool and has beautiful views of the Atlas Mountains. It is a haven of tranquility where your every need is met and perfect for relaxation or as a base for sightseeing or golf.

You are just a 15 minute drive from the Amanjena Hotel and 2 of the best golf courses in Marrakech, with several more courses being planned in the area.

The property is situated in the countryside within 7½ acres of land, and a living area of 450m2. This traditional Moorish style property is found on the road of Sidi Abdellah Ghiat about 10 miles south of Marrakech.

The villa can accommodate 8 adults (plus 2 children) and in brief comprises of:

There is a full-time caretaker / gardener / pool man who lives in a small house in the grounds of the property with his family. There will be a housekeeper to look after you and your guests who will also live within the grounds.

 

On entering the villa you will be met by the large atrium, and as the property is laid out on one level you will find all the rooms lead off from here. Just to the left of the main entrance hallway there is a cloakroom with WC and basin.

Bedrooms are found down the hall to your left while the kitchen and dining areas are found to the right of the main hall.

The kitchen is found to the right of the entrance hall, it is fully equipped with fridge freezer, cooker, oven, microwave dishwasher and washing machine. In the corner are stairs leading down into the cellar.

The dining room has seating for 8 and west facing windows.

The sitting room is located in the south west corner of the house and enjoys a dual aspect.

A doorway leading onto the covered terrace is found between the sitting room and the Moroccan Living Room which has comfortable all-round seating for 12 and TV, video, DVD. The southerly windows face out towards the swimming pool.

A further cloakroom is found off of the hallway leading to the Atlas and Menara bedrooms. All bedrooms have Moroccan style en-suite bathrooms.

The Atlas room (bedroom 1) is furnished with a double bed with a walk in dressing room. It has an en-suite bathroom with WC, bath with over head shower. A ½ bedroom with bunk beds suitable for children also leads off from this room.

The Atlas bedroom also has doors leading onto a small terrace.

The Menara bedroom (bedroom 3) is dual aspect with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with WC, single basin and bath with shower overhead. This room has a door onto the terrace.

Both the Menara and Atlas bedrooms have views over the swimming pool and to the Atlas mountains beyond.

On the east side of the villa there is an enclosed garden leading off from the central atrium.

Outside there are terraces and a heated swimming pool within the 7 ½ acres of land.

 

Along with a full time caretaker, there will be a housekeeper to prepare meals for you, do the grocery shopping and make restaurant reservations for you should you wish. She will be helped occasionally by a couple of maids from the neighbouring village.
 

The Housekeeper will look after you and your guests and will cook meals and give you advice on things to do. There is a daily maid services as well as a gardener/pool man.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double bunk bed located in the in a seperate room off the double bedroom. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 6 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. The villa has a sauna.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 15 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

All the bedrooms are on the ground floor but there are a couple of steps up to the entrance of the property 

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a summer house, a south facing patio area, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find walking, cycling, mountain biking, golf, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find horse riding, tennis.
