Villa Zainab is located just minutes’ walk from the centre of the trendy Gueliz and next to local shops and amenities. Gueliz is just outside the old walled city of Marrakech and combines the convenience of being in the town centre but away from the hustle and bustle of the old town (the Medina). The villa benefits from its own private pool (enclosed by railings) and covered pool side lounge to chill out in. The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 5 double and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 12 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.
