The main house has 6 double (3 with en-suites) bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There is a wonderful kitchen / dining room which runs onto a veranda. The veranda is set up for entertaining with a built in barbeque and large area for chairs and tables. The veranda is situated by the swimming pool and enjoys wonderful views over the garden and Indian Ocean.
The games room has a pool table and lounge area to relax and play music. There is a beautiful garden in front of the house shaded by palm trees. Next to the main house there is a swimming pool, safely fenced for those with small children. At the bottom of the garden there is a gate and path that leads onto the beach.

Next to the main house in the garden there is a 2 bedroom bungalow, providing further accommodation.

This property can be rented seperately as a house and a bungalow. Please see the following prices;

8 bed property:

R3,000 or £230 per night.
R2000 or £150 per night for each day spent longer than 10 days.

The property is also available to be rented seperately as a 6 bedroom house and a two bedroom cottage based on the following prices;

6 bed house:

R2340 or £180 per night up to a period of 7 days. R2000 or £150 per night 7 days plus.

2 bed bungalow:

R780 or £60 per night. Minimum stay is 5 nights.


 

 

 

A housekeeper is included in the rent. He is a chef and will clean the house, your clothes etc. He has been described by all our guests as 'perfect in every way'

The house comprises 7 bedrooms in total; 6 double, 1 twin, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the bunk bed in one of the bedrooms. This gives room for up to 17 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 5 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use.

The house has television. The music system will play cds, radio. Recreational activities available with the house include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this house.

The house is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a east facing garden, a east facing patio area, a east facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the house you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, horse riding.
