We designed this house and choose this location because the beach is within 10 mins walking distance and the town centre is a short 10 min drive away, the house is set in a quiet area but all amenities are within easy each. The house is very spacious with cool marble floors and beautifully tiled bathrooms. The second kitchen is situated on the top floor and leads directly onto a large open planned terrace where you get the best views of the beach and mountains, a great place to relax in the evening.
Spacious house
This house is set on three levels and has two large double bedrooms filled with ornate wooden furniture carved by hand from Kelibia. The first bathroom has a three piece suite and shower, the 2nd bathroom has a three piece suite and bath.
Outside space
To the rear of the house there is an enclosed garden with fruit trees, the walls have been tiled with a colourful Arab style tiles found locally, you will find a small patio area, there is a covered well which we use for watering the plants.
