Lasalle, our family holiday home, was built and completed in 2007. High attention to detail has gone into both the layout and then ultimately the furnishings so that it was a home from home, not just another holiday home.

Centrally located in Pletenberg Bay, the house is a short walk down to the nearest beach area and has a great shopping centre on its doorstep.

 

Apart from 6 very luxurious ensuite bedrooms, Lasalle has: a cracking bar room with flat screen LCD TV (satellite connected) ans wine cellar, large open plan living and dining area, high specification granite topped kitchen, and large laundry room with ouside drying area.  

Large decking area with Infinity pool overlooking the sea and mountains. Plus an outside shower room giving you great views whilst showering!

A large integrated BBQ area and chimnea for the cooler nights.

Well manicured and maintained gardens surround the property which is accessed via remote controlled gates.

South Africa experiences power cuts on a regular basis which is why we have installed an automatic back-up generator for extra piece of mind - nothing worse then th elights going out mid-cooking! 

Mountains

The villa comprises 6 bedrooms in total; 6 double and 1 cots, 6 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 6 bathrooms and 7 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 12 in the living room and 12 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area (with heater), a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, flying, walking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find climbing, historic sites, a museum.
